Educator Faculty
Educator Faculty do the work of making difficult things clear. They deliver masterclasses and webinars, build teaching modules and algorithms, create material for The ICU Channel and our courses, and turn complicated subjects into something a trainee can use on the next shift.
The tier suits doctors and nurses with a feel for teaching — colleagues whose explanations people remember. Educator and Research work often overlap, and faculty may contribute to both.
Most of what members see of ESBICM comes from this tier. The classes, the courses and the channel are built by these colleagues, in time given around clinical work.
