How long will a reply take?
Usually within 72 hours, often sooner. We reply on working days and try to reply on holidays too. If you don't see our reply, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Is ESBICM membership really free?
Yes. Life and Associate Life membership are free for life and granted after review. Plus membership is an optional annual upgrade for those who want more, and the Membership page has the details. If anyone asks you to pay for lifetime membership, please let us know at office@esbicm.org.
I've applied for membership. When will I hear back?
Every application is reviewed by the office, which usually takes one to four weeks. You can see the status of your application in the member panel.
I can't sign in to the member panel or The ICU App.
Try resetting your password from the sign-in page. If you're still stuck, write to tech@esbicm.org from the email address you registered with.
Why is email the best way to reach ESBICM?
ESBICM is run by working healthcare professionals. Our Operations Director, like everyone else on the team, spends much of the day on clinical duty. An email waits patiently and reaches the right person, so it is usually answered sooner than a call can be returned. The registered office is an administrative address rather than a study centre, so if you do need to meet us, please write first and we'll arrange a time.
How can I teach or volunteer with ESBICM?
Life Members can apply to the Global Critical Care Faculty Network from the member panel. If you're not yet a member, joining is free.
