Paid Services & Refund Policy
Services available on this website (esbicm.org) are free for healthcare professionals working in Intensive Care and Emergency Departments, with the following exceptions:
- On-demand Online Lectures / Workshops / Courses: Charges depend on the type and duration of the lectures/workshops/courses requested
- On-demand Offline Lectures / Workshops / Courses: Institutions/organizations are charged for preparations and logistics. Charges vary based on the type of lectures/workshops/courses, the event’s duration, and whether it’s within India or abroad.

Refund Policy:
In case an event is cancelled for any reason, the following refund policies apply:
- Within 30 Days of Event Date: No refund will be processed, irrespective of the booking confirmation date.
- 30 Days Prior to Event Date and 7 Days After Booking Confirmation: 50% refund will be processed.
- 30 Days Prior to Event Date and Within 7 Days of Booking Confirmation: 75% refund will be processed.

Refund Timeline:
Once a refund is initiated, it will be credited and reflected in your account within 2 to 14 days, depending on your mode of payment (credit, debit, or bank account) and your respective bank’s processing time. If the refund is not received within this period, please contact your respective bank. Should you need further assistance, you may also reach out to ESBICM for a confirmation of the refund proof to be submitted to your bank.
The decision of ESBICM will be final in case of any discrepancy or conflict.
