About ESBICM
The Educational Society of Bedside Intensive Care Medicine was founded on 11 October 2018, in Indore, India. It began with a simple observation — that much of what decides how a critically ill patient does is settled at the bedside, and that this is the part of critical care least often taught.
Today the society has members in 66 countries, teaching that is freely accessible and affordable for everyone, and a structure built so that the work does not depend on any one person.
