Sir, I am attending EHS international conference in critical care and organ transplantation in Dubai. They told early proning is the recruitment maneuver which has best outcomes. Lung recruitment strategies like determining closing pressure and opening pressure and then adjusting ventilation was not much advocated. Your opinion will be highly appreciated please.

obiously proning is recommended above all.

regarding opening and closing, not much have enough experience and a single standard protocol for it not mentioned (multiple techniques) .

but it works very well.
