sir could you help with IV fluids requirement and maintenance in NBM patients , measuring the fluid overload ( CVP /IVC diameter ) , fluid overload then considering lasix ? or other diuretics , also in many cases total intake which include blood ( PCV ) FFP , PLT along with IV fluids - contributing to fluid overload
