Today i want to share this Very interesting case..

52 Y/Male no comorbid condition, brought by 108 to ER with c/o Breathlessness on exertion.
N/H/O - chest pain , giddiness, dizziness, blackout, pt
on examination
BP=130/80 mmhg
spo2= 99% on RA
RS- AEBE+ clear
CVS = s1s2+ no murmur
cns= conscious
Thankyou for sharing ECG mam. This ECG might be Extensive Anterior wall MI, ST elevation in all precordial with lateral leads, STE v1 more than aVR ( opp to LMCA Occlusion ), reciprocal changes in inferior leads, mostly Triple vessel disease mam.
