One pt with MDR CAP with T2 respi failure , sir ,how to reduce peak pressure ,pt is on PRVc mode ,fio2 100%,peep 7 ,RR -18 , I:E -1:4,pt is sedated paralyzed . But pt's pco2 is still high and peak pressure is 38.
