Light sensitivity of drugs is similar for their oral preparation?

As you told us that efficacy of iv and oral linezolid is almost similar.

But
• IV Drugs that are light sensitive and should be covered during infusions with aluminum or amber colored sleeves (>90 UV light filter out)

• Nitroprusside (VERY light sensitive)

• Norepinephrine (Levophed®) (blue discoloration)

• Levofloxacin (Levaquin®)

• Linezolid (Zyvox®)

• Phytondione (Vitamin K) Injections

Why it is so? Does it decreases it's efficacy by exposure to light? Should it be applicable for their oral forms like tablet linezolid or tablet levofloxacin?

it gets ineffective by light . but there is no universal rule for that.
depends on each drug.
