“Sir, I wanted to clarify one point about atropine usage in OP poisoning. In severe cases, how do we decide when to stop giving repeated bolus doses and shift to an infusion? Also, approximately how much infusion rate do you usually start with, and for how long do we continue before tapering? I’ve read different recommendations—some suggest continuous infusion right from the beginning instead of multiple boluses, so I just wanted your guidance on what works best in practice.”
